POST 9: "YOUR FAVORITE BOOK"

I must admit that currently very few books attract my attention, most are related to architecture or great artists.
However,when I was in high school, I loved reading sagas like: Hush Hush, Shadowhunters, The Hunger Games ,etc. It was my big hobby.
I think I have very different tastes regarding books, I like those that deal with unsolved mysteries,science fiction, psychological and bibliographic stories.
My favorite book is One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez, it is a classic of world literature and is part of a magical realism.This tells the story of seven generations of the Buendía family, a family condemned to loneliness.
I really liked this book because the characters are fascinating, very distintictive from each other and most of them very friendly .In addition ,the way to mix the times in which the events occur is another of its best characteristics.
During the holidays I read two books by Pedro Lemebel and I really liked them, I don´t know if I could say that he is my favorite author ,but he has a very particular way of narrating, which makes reading very easy and enjoyable.
If I could recommend a book it would be the last one I read, which is called "Great Museums of the World ".It is very interesting because it describes how they are and analyzes the works of art they contain.
